Includes: - Comprehensive analysis of your current training structure - Identification of key strengths and weaknesses - Review of technical and physical habits (including bad habits to correct) - Free 1-Month Training Plan included Recommendation: This session is strongly recommended before your first 1-Month Training Plan or first 1-Month Package, to ensure your program is tailored accurately to your current level and goals. Booking Locations: Preferred gym locations are Nomad Annandale, SICG St Peters, and Blochaus. Sessions at other gyms may be possible upon request, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Approval Policy: All in-person bookings are subject to team approval. We reserve the right to approve or decline session requests based on coach availability and facility access.
