Class Description

Includes: - 2-hour in-person session focused on specific on-wall training - Tailored coaching to refine technique, strength, and movement efficiency Purpose: This session provides individualised, hands-on coaching to address current goals, refine climbing skills, and reinforce training progress between plan updates or assessments. Recommendation: An Initial Assessment is recommended before your first booking to ensure accurate program direction and maximise training effectiveness, though it is not mandatory. Booking Locations: Preferred gym locations are Nomad Annandale, SICG St Peters, and Blochaus. Sessions at other gyms may be arranged upon request, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Approval Policy: All bookings are subject to team approval. We reserve the right to approve or decline requests based on coach availability, facility access, and schedule capacity.
