Class Description

Includes: - Comprehensive feedback and re-evaluation of your current training structure and plan - 1-hour focused on-wall session targeting specific weaknesses identified during your Initial Assessment or most recent 1-on-1 session - 1-Month Training Plan tailored to your progress, goals, and reassessment outcomes Requirements: An Initial Assessment is required prior to the first booking of this service to ensure accurate program design and training direction. Renewal: This service is intended for monthly renewal to maintain consistent progress and allow for structured plan adjustments based on ongoing performance. Booking Locations: Preferred locations are Nomad Annandale, SICG St Peters, and Blochaus. Sessions at other gyms may be arranged upon request, though availability cannot be guaranteed. Approval Policy: All bookings are subject to team approval. We reserve the right to approve or decline session requests depending on coach availability, facility access, and scheduling capacity.
